My name is Anita-Joy Mlonyeni. Well my story is fairly normal but I have struggled with weight in my young years. I’m one of those people who “believed” that I could eat anything because I was skinny. I used to binge on junk food and just generally unhealthy food thinking that I could get away with it. I used to be sluggish and lacked any type of nutrition in my personal and professional life. I knew I needed a change.
I hated the way I felt. I hated wasting my life by neglecting my health. When I was challenged by a colleague to climb a flight of stairs and half-way through I started huffing and puffing. My chest felt as if the air was nocked out of my body, I couldn’t bear the challenge. This was when I knew I needed to make a change.
I started going to Dream Body and would go to gym 5 times a week and even sometimes twice daily. I loved going to the gym.
I have never gybed so I can’t really compare but the reason why I chose DBF versus other prestigious gyms is because of the personal touch that Steve and his team bring to each and every gyring experience. You don’t feel intimidated and overwhelmed.
I used some of the DBF whey supplements, I loved them. It tastes great and I increased my protein intake significantly.
