Personal Training is a service that is reserved purely for the exclusive few and it is a standard service that you get across all gyms small or big. But the biggest concern has always been why the customer must take 100% risk. What guarantees does the customer get that the trainer will deliver the Heavens that he promises and not the Hell afterwards? How does the customer know that what the trainer prescribes is exactly what she/he needs? Who holds the trainer accountable? If the trainer does not deliver, how does the customer get reimbursed monetary wise and for the time lost on a project that took them nowhere?
Secondly, we have a 7 day turn around period in terms of assessments in order to check progress and avoid wasting time going in the wrong direction. This is broken down into daily activities where the customer and the trainer keep a score card to ensure you either advancing or retreating away from your goals.
