Class Descriptions

Interval Training

A type of discontinuous physical training that involves a series of low-high intensity exercise workouts interspersed with rest of relief periods. The high intensity periods are typically at or close to anaerobic exercise, while the recovery periods involve activity of lower intensity.

Combat Fitness

This workout is a drill based, total body conditioning class which is based on the same training methods the world’s greatest athletes use to prepare for battle in the octagon. The fast paced, high intensity workouts mimic the pace of a boxing competition and will get participants of all fitness levels in fighting shape!

Tabata X

Heart pumpin’ cardio along with a warm up and cool down in this class based on a Japanese Training method – TABATA! Interspersed with high intensity training and low recovery. Guaranteed to help boost your metabolism and get you fit fast.

Anything Goes

Every class is something different and you never know what you are going to get because it is a surprise every time. With your body, KB’s, DB, med balls you just never know.

Power 90

90 minutes of cardio, core work, weights and stretching.

Body Conditioning

Get an energising cardiovascular workout and chisel (sculpt) your body with light weights.

Cross Fit Core

Take some classic kettlebell moves, add some new kettlebell moves, vary the mix with battling ropes, sandbags, war machine, TRX suspension trainers, spinning bikes and body weight exercises, and experience an overall workout which will tax your endurance, demand your focus, stress every muscle in your body and leave you in a lather. Sounds like fun! This class is held on the gym floor.


Kettlebell Training Class will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. With a focus on integrating breathing, movement and alignment with your ability to control balance and weight. Working with the kettlebell is combined with jumping rope and body weight exercises for an all-around heart-pumping workout.
